There are a million ways out there to lose weight, where do you begin?
1. Make sure your macro and micro nutrients are being met.
2. Change your points of eating from week to week. This is an effective method called intermittent fasting.
3. Make sure your eating enough medium change triglycerides. You can find these in coconut oil.
4. Begin a detoxification process. A) Drink at least half of your body weight in ounces of water. B) Begin a sauna regimen. C) A liver support system which should include supplementation and dietary guidance.
Most people can typical lose 10-20 pounds in a month with this basic guideline. Have fun!
